Follow-up Comment #3:

Changing this to dev instead of targeting 7.3, since it depends on an external
program update schedule.

This is the current state of Texinfo across all distros:

At least one of them will have to exhibit this behavior before we can test
meaningfully, otherwise it's just as likely be worked out by upstream Texinfo
devs as us or other Texinfo users.
