Follow-up Comment #37, bug #61393 (project octave):

Good news :-)
The librsb-config script is a substitution of librsb-config.in, and apart from
-lrsb, no library is hardcoded in the sources

The sparsersb configure scripts can invoke (using your librsb-config):


$ ./librsb-config --static --libs --extra_libs
/home/osboxes/mxe-octave-stable/usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/lib/librsb.a -lm -lz
-fopenmp -fopenmp -lstdc++


or


$ ./librsb-config --L_opts --libs
-L/home/osboxes/mxe-octave-stable/usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/lib -lrsb


With so many combination of options, it's difficult to get all right :-)


Can you please try passing --with-static-librsb to sparsersb's configure and
see if the fuller version of librsb-config's output is evident?
