Subject: [Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #63230] Docking Command Window to the right side crashes Octave GUI and resets the GUI

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #63230 (project octave):

Please find it attached. I hope I did everything right but if not do let me
know and I'll update it.

I was poking around some more, and I have additional observations that might
give some more troubleshooting insight:

- I'm typically launching the program on my secondary screen. I am not able to
recreate the issue on my primary screen (laptop).
- Docking the Command Window between the File Browser and the main area
(Editor window) causes no issues. It is only the doscking into the far right
edge that's crashing the program.
- When I press Undock Widget button and move the Command Window to my primary
screen I need to make sure I don't close it. If I try to reopen it via Window
> Show Command Window I get a minuscule title bar with minimize, maximize, and
close buttons that I cannot resize, maximize, etc. The only solution is to
restart the program.

Not sure if this helps or adds to the noise, nevertheless here it is.
