Follow-up Comment #12, bug #63265 (project octave):

looking at it when considering installing and testing PsychToolbox, it
requires SVN to be installed i believe to support its self managed
installation/versioning. The need to go through installing SVN to hunt this
bug down is partly why i stopped short of doing so.  But, that's really a
question only the package developer can answer.
