Follow-up Comment #3, bug #63382 (project octave):
I dont know anything about the fixed package except that it doesnt appear in
the pkg list, and the repo link you mention hasnt been updated since 2016.
I also cant find the release tarball in the quick search I did.
Given that time since last maintenance, chances of the package installing
without changes is probably very slim. And changes may even be significant in
order to get it to work.
