Thanks. IIUC, that conclusively shows that this is a regression with LAPACK
3.11.0 (on any platform). Re-titling accordingly.

Unfortunately, I can't write Fortran. But I agree that it might be good to ask
upstream if they also think this is a regression (or falls into the "undefined
behavior" category).
