Follow-up Comment #7, bug #63393 (project octave):
On Windows -- there is a blas switcher utility program is included with the
installation. On Linux you can start octave as
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libblas.so octave
(adjust the path to libblas.so as appropriate)
I think nn MacOS an equivalent would be DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES,
but I am not 100% sure.
