[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #63404] Translation files (*.ts) for Octave 8.1 Release

Follow-up Comment #12, bug #63404 (project octave):

@Felipe: Just to be explicit about timing.  It would be great if translation
files were available by next Friday, December 2nd.  But, if the files came in
within two weeks (Friday, December 9th) that will still make it into the 8.1
release.
