Adding SUBASSIGN_ID_MAT_2D to accompany SUBASSIGN_ID_MAT_1D

* pt-bytecode-vm.cc: New specialized opcode for 2d subassign
* pt-bytecode.h: New opcode in enum


Specialization opcode for 2D subassigns of matrixes.
