Follow-up Comment #3, bug #64836 (project octave):

The idea about a pthread package is just a guess. Iiuc, these functions should
*always* be available on any Linux because they are part of the POSIX
standard.
It might also be that for some reason some linker flags (-pthread and/or
-lpthread) are missing for you. The log doesn't show the exact linker command.
So, this is also just a guess.
I pushed a change yesterday to use Ninja as the CMake generator for the Qt6
packages. Iirc, that will echo the failing command to the log file.

Let's see what that will tell us (if anything at all).
