Is it correct that this incompatibility affects only Windows and not Unix-like
platforms? I'm marking it as such.

Reading https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/395 it looks like Windows
11 does have bracketed paste. I couldn't find any info on older Windows
versions.

@Liang, are you on Windows 11?
