                 Release:                     dev => stable                 
         Planned Release:                    None => 9.1.0 (current stable)

Follow-up Comment #3:

I prefer the version that doesn't create a global variable.  I'd like to get a
solution for this soon as we are getting close to being ready to create a
release candidate for 9.1.

I switched the Release and Planned Release fields to the stable branch.
