Follow-up Comment #9, bug#46337 (group octave):

I just pushed a change that forces __makeinfo__ to generate "plain text"
output.  See https://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/c5fcd055625c.  We'll
see if this helps the buildbots.
