Update of bug#45967 (group octave):

                  Status:         Patch Submitted => Ready For Test         
         Planned Release:                    None => 10.1.0 (current default)

Follow-up Comment #4:

We're early in development stage for Octave 10 so I am going to apply the
patch to the development branch and see if there are problems going forward.
