Follow-up Comment #4, bug#65218 (group octave):

Thanks for the files. The conversion into a transfer function is quite
sensitive to numerical errors (canceling pole/zeros or not). I have changed
the test, which now uses the first n Markov parameters for comparing actual
and expected result. Directly comparing state space representations is not
possible since these are not unique for given input/output behaviors.

Could you please test the attached test b2.m on your system?
