[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #65220] get_help_text returns docstring from parent methods

Follow-up Comment #8, bug#65220 (group octave):

In Matlab R2023b, "help inputParser.addParameter" shows the help text for that
method.
"help inputParser" and "help inputParser.inputParser" can both be used to show
the help text for the constructor.

"help containers.Map.isKey" shows the help text for that method.
"help containers.Map" and "help containers.Map.Map" show the help text for the
constructor.
