Follow-up Comment #3, bug#63336 (group octave):
Do you have other Qt applications installed. Are they behaving in the same
way? In the internet, there are many complains about Qt applications not
respecting the system's cursor size (especially under Wayland). I am using
GNOME on X11 and that works well. So far, I haven't found a way to
programmatically set the mouse cursor size in a Qt application.
