Follow-up Comment #48, bug#65312 (group octave):

Maybe you can debug this directly.  Execute '__run_test_suite__' first.  Then,
before doing 'test run', edit run.m to put a "keyboard;" statement within the
BIST test right at the start.  Now execute 'test run'.  Use 'dbnext' to
advance line-by-line and see if you can discover what the problem is.  My
guess is that there is leftover files from the previous run somehow.
