[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #65421] patch fails to render if cdata is specified before geometry

Follow-up Comment #24, bug #65421 (group octave):

this part (input ordering) of the recent work on patch appears to be complete
and could be closed.  I had pushed it to default out of concerns of
unanticipated outcomes from the change, but it's a relatively simple fix that
could be pushed to stable if we think it's worthwhile. the effect would be to
prevent odd errors if name/property input format doesn't have geometry first,
since that's never stated anywhere in octave or matlab docs as a requirement.
