Ah. Now I got your previous question:

For our CI with Clang on Linux:

The buildbots build with SPQR *and* with CXSparse on Debian. They don't show
that issue.
The GitHub runners build without SPQR but with CXSparse on Ubuntu. They return
the odd results for p.
