[Pan-devel] Minor bug with selection of headers

[DPA]

In the header pane if I hit ctrl-A it does not select every header just 
the root of every thread.  The best way to see this is to hit Ctrl-A 
then delete and all the threads underneath remain.

I reverted back to 0.92 and 0.91 for testing and this problem existed 
there as well.
