Noticed some small UI issues. The attached patch fixes the following:
1. The Posting Profiles list didn't have a frame around the servers,
compared to other lists (e.g. news servers).
2. The Posting Profiles dialog didn't disable the Edit and Remove
buttons when no profile was selected.
3. The Post window didn't use the monospace font from the preferences.
