[Pan-users] Theming Dockapps

wmcube, wminet, wmitime, wmsysmon, etc, all use green-on-black colours. Is there
a generic file that holds these colours that I can change to make them all, eg
black-on-white? I suspect not, because this would have surely been done in the
many themes that people have already made for WM, but it's work asking.
