I'd suggest you go ahead and file the feature request, perhaps with a link
to the official binhex encoding spec, for reference. It will probably be
marked blue-sky and put off indefinitely, but at some point, blue-sky
might be here, and/or some coder might be inspired to take on the project
and at least that segment of blue-sky will be here. <g> That's more
likely if it's listed in the feature requests than not, so..
Of course, b4 U do, I'd suggest going thru and ensuring such a request
hasn't already been filed, thus avoiding a duplicate request and someone
having to mark it as such. If it has, just add your comments to the
current request, keeping everything in the same place but upping the
request count by one..
Then post the URL to the bugzilla request here, so any others can add
their comments or me too requests to it as well. Who knows? If there's
enough interest, it might be bumped off of "blue-sky" and onto the roadmap.
