Running 0.159 "Vovchansk" on openSUSE Tumbleweed release 20240823, GNOME
46.
After updating to the version in the openSUSE repos, color preferences are
not working properly in a few ways:
1. The chosen colors are not being used
2. If I try to reset the colors to my chosen values, colors apply in
unexpected areas
3. After saving the changes, reopening the color preferences shows the
selections at the default values, even though they've been changed.
I tried deleting preferences.xml and letting pan recreate it, but the
behavior stayed the same.
I am using a dark gtk theme as my default theme.
Some details:
1. No matter what I change any of the Body Pane background values to, the
background remains white. Changing foreground colors in the body pane also
doesn't change the text color.
2. Changing "other text" in the preference from the default black text/
white background, results in the header pane changing to black text on a
black background, except for the highlighted header.
Weirdly, the group pane seems unaffected by this, though I do have some
settings that are group-specific because of an earlier bug that had some
groups show my preferred color (white on a dark background), as defined in
the overall preferences, and others showed in a different color scheme,
even though none was supplied.
Any ideas, or is this a known issue with this release?
