[paragui-users] rc4 - more changes

i just noticed that in order for CW projects to work the physfsrwops.c needs
to have the extension cpp as i have yet to figure out how to compile both c
and c++ together.

i'll also have to send new cw project files to include this new file too as
it wasn't in the previous.
