[paragui-users] re-set events problem

ok, i've been having some big problems with messages being either resent on
their own or not being removed. what i have is a message that is received,
which calls a function, which then depending on a result turns on
enableidleevents...... in doing so, once all functions exit, the same
message calls the function again.....for an inconsistent number of times....
usually less then ten, without having been sent again. If i don't turn on
idle events there are no problems. if i turn them on then off, there are
still problems. any ideas to what might be goin on? if not, is there a way
to flush events? but then why would the event not be removed after being
accepted ? argh.....
