[paragui-users] 1.0.4-beta2

After ironing out (with great help from all of you) the bugs from
1.0.4-beta1 it's time to release beta2 :))

The follwing things have been fixed since beta1:

- fixed several bug in PG_WidgetList
  Thanks Alexander Opitz
- fixed the layoutloader (child widgets are now shown properly)
- fixed a bug in the PG_Application::GetWidget template
  Thanks Chris
- updated PhysicsFS (some problem with zlib should be fixed)

Binaries are available for Win32 and Mandrake 9.1.

Please take another cycle of testing this release. I will schedule 1.0.4
final at the end of June.
