Microsoft Windows is not a supported platform and is thus untested on
Cygwin/MinGW. At least one earlier version of GNU Parallel has worked
on Cygwin, and I would expect most functionality to be working.
So go ahead and try. If things are broken file a bug report. If things
are easily fixed you can expect they will be.
