The question is - what do we want? Do we want bombers to explode ever or do
we want one of the following:
- bombers crashing to ground for whatever reason die before they explode
- they explode the moment they hit ground
I guess at least for the Drown case - this should happen. An explosion under
water shouldn't gain the player much, it's not very destructive in reality
and water "extinguishing" the Bomber is ok for me.
