[platform-testers] Automake 1.11b test release

Hello everybody.

The beta release "1.11b" of Automake is now available at
<ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/automake>.  The stable release 1.12
is planned for April 25.  The NEWS file in the tarball should
contain a list of the relevant changes changes since 1.11.4; or
you could read them in this announce on the automake list:

Testing with Cygwin, MSYS/MinGW, and proprietary UNIX systems
(e.g., AIX, IRIX, older Solaris) would be greatly appreciated.
