[Plyt-users] Telnet Issue |

Hi,
If a host X which has a telnet daemon running, and a telnet client 1 is trying to do a telnet to host X and if the host X does not have a route back then in the mean time if any other client 2 trieds to do a telnet to the same host X for which it has the route, the client 2 is blocked.
The reason for this behaviour is the telnet client retries at a faster rate and will consume all the listen state backlog and does not allow others to login.
Could anyone suggest a solution other than increasing the backlog in the listen function call.
Thanks,
Venkat
