Hej,

for some reason you don't have write access to your own file ! Has this file 
been create that way by SAVE_AS in ProjectManager or did you change it 
afterwards ?
Anyway, you can give you write access again using
$chmod u+w 
/home/booker/protuxprojects/test/song_2/audiosources/st_441_minus9dBfs_plus6dBu.WAV
then you can remove it with the ProjectManager or by hand.
