[Protux-devel] fixes on Arm stuff

I noticed that arm/record/go routines were pretty buggy, then I made many 
improvements last days.
They might be working fine again, but please test them as much you can so I can 
find other bugs

also, after recording a clip, the track is being disarmed. This is because the 
PAUSE action is not implemented, and
if you stop, and the track remains armed, the PLAY action causes to re-record 
and you loose your recorded clip.

This is not the best way, but disarming the track after PLAY lets you work 
finely until PAUSE is implemented
