[Protux-devel] We are almost there

I cleaned the jmb.map file to be exatcly what user will be able to see/use, and 
put all the discussions on jmb.map.discussion file.
It is already in a slightly different format (take a look), due the preparation 
for future improvements in jmb engine.

Also, there are actions still to be revised, so let me know if you get some 
problems

PS _ almost forgot. I removed all "JOG" words from jmb.map, since the jog is 
automatically detected.
