[Protux-devel] savannah cvs offline

Hi,

Apparently, Savannah cvs is off line, so I cant commit last fixes . ASA it is 
online again, I will commmit it
and upload 0.20

BTW, I made many updated in the website, but it requires some revision from the 
experts.
Anyway, take a look. Sometimes, part of site is still out-of-date cause somehow 
the commits take a long to
be effectively available.
