did you update protux ? there are many adaptations for new context stuff..

regarding the autostuff, I removed all my autostuff manually, cvs updated them 
all, runned autoheader, autoconf, and so on, but still same problem..

I have a doubt, should libtoolize be called on protux ??? it is causing 
strange sutff, like putting the protux executable under .libs...
