I just closed the last two bugs holding up 0.4.0 today. That
includes implementing PostScript embedding.
Anyone have anything else you want in 0.4.0? Otherwise I'll
check over the NEWS and pass along any website updates, then do a
few more checks on the distribution and finally release.
