I'm running libtool 1.5.22 and autoconf 2.59--I thought that ltconfig is no
longer used in these newer versions--it was migrated into the
AC_PROG_LIBTOOL macro.
I've no idea what could be causing that. I suggest you try to find
out which macro is generating this call to ./ltconfig and where that
macro definition is coming from .
