Cygwin build

I noticed that cygwin has recently packaged up the libplot library, so
I tried building pspp against it.  The good news is that pspp seems to
produce charts quite happily under cygwin.

I wonder if anyone feels bold enough to create a cygwin package of
pspp and send it to them?  Also, so far as I can see, cygwin has all
the necessary prerequisites for psppire, so I'd be interested to see
if anyone's tried building that.


BTW.  There's a small buglet in the CVS repository at the moment:
      src/Makefile.am lacks a reference to regression_export.h
