Get rid of them.
Currently the only way of building fro windows is through Cygwin,
which interprets the proper /: posix convention. \ and ; might be
needed if and when pspp ever gets built natively for windoze. But I
expect there will be a lot of other problems to overcome and
separators will be just one of them.
