Well I've changed the "release" field of some of the wishlist bugs
that I'd like to see. However, in doing so, I haven't really
considered the time and effort involved in implementing them. If it
turns out that an item is going to take a long time, then I don't
necessarily think we should hold a release until they've all been
done.
I have another proposal. How about we adopt "linux style" version
numbers; ie: change the current CVS to 0.5.0, the next release will be
0.6.0. Some of the bug reports that we're getting, say "version
0.4.0", and it's not always clear whether that means the released
version, or a CVS snapshot.
