I don't have a strong preference, personally. Most users I would
tell to post to bug-gnu-pspp instead of pspp-dev, but that's only
because you have to subscribe to pspp-dev (or get your post
approved) before you can post there. Between a mailing list and
Savannah, I'd say that your personal preference is more
important: bugs are less likely to get lost forever if they are
on Savannah, but they are probably more likely to get fixed
quickly if they appear on the mailing list :-)
