This is the same error as the last report I sent to Ben directly; there is no
make rule for libpspp.
I investigated the Makefiles a bit and discovered what is likely causing the
issue. In perl-module's Makefile, MYEXTLIB is set to a full path:

/opt/local/var/macports/build/_Users_aeetes_math_pspp-devel/work/pspp-0.7.5-g2d1795/src/.libs/libpspp-core.$(DLEXT)
