Spreadsheet Import Dialog

I'm posting this proposed change for review purposes.  It enables import of 
spreadsheet files using the gui.

One of the major changes is, that the existing text-import-dialog.c has been
split up into several different files - one for each page of the assistant.

I'm posting both a patch, and a tarball of the changed files, because it may
be easier to interpret that way.

There are no doubt improvements possible.  Feedback appreciated.
