and it certainly accepts non-integer values. But perhaps we ought to do
an audit
of all procedures to check that we haven't used lex_integer where
lex_number is
needed.
I checked all instances of lex_integer, and found only one which seemed to be
inappropriate (which I have fixed). If anyone notices any I have missed, please
let me know.
