The s390x build failed in the tests (details appended). This failure
resembles ones previously reported on Windows. Assuming that the
failure can be reproduced on Debian's public s390x machine
(https://db.debian.org/machines.cgi?host=zelenka), that might make it
easier to track down the bug.
