Ok there is a test version available for MSWindows at https://sourceforge.net/projects/pspp4windows/files/2017-11-16-ForTestingOnly/

As far as I have tested, copy/paste works well in the spreadsheet in this version. So it looks as if this version works better on MSWindows.

Do you think the current pspp master with the spread-sheet widget is mature

So long as people who receive it are absolutely aware that it is indeed a test
version and not a released version I think it would be fine.
