Harry's pspp4windows build on the buildbot

Harry’s pspp4windows build is now available as a nightly build on the buildbot:

The build is done as a cross compile from opensuse 15.2. The resulting

windows installer is available here:

https://caeis.etech.fh-augsburg.de/downloads/

Could somebody maybe try the 1.4.0 windows version on 32Bit / 64Bit?

The following picture is from Windows 7 with 32 Bit. There are these

strange characters at some places.
