Re: Windows Cross build fails because pspp executable is required during build

Hi John,

we do 2. anyway. The problem is that the documentation is already build when 
going for a simple „make“. Instead it should only be invoked when doing „make 
doc“ or a similar task. Does this affect the html documentation also?
